Dr. Wende Huehn-Brown is academically and professionally qualified to teach engineering technology and management courses. She completed a B.S. and M.E. in Industrial Engineering at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo and received a Ph.D. in Engineering Management at Missouri University of Science and Technology (S&T). 

Dr. Brown has almost 20 years of professional engineering and management experience prior joining SPC and integrates practical business applications with lesson theories for an active learning environment. She also earned an excellence award for Innovation in the Use of Technology by the League of Innovations due to the hundreds of tutorials created in the design of over 11 courses in the College of Business which helped improve online student success 21% without sacrificing rigor in learning standards. She has written and presented several papers in Sustainability and Supply Chain Management.
