Office Schedule: Office hours are available prior to class or by appointment, including virtual meetings upon request. Please email your meeting requests, and I will arrange a time to meet either in person or via Zoom. I am also available after class for brief questions or immediate concerns. To ensure I can provide my full attention, scheduling an appointment is recommended. My door schedule lists my availability, and any changes will be posted there. For dedicated discussions, please email to schedule an appointment so I can address your needs or concerns effectively.
Tutoring:
Please refer to my door schedule for available tutoring times. To arrange a specific one-on-one session, contact me by email. I will post announcements in the Canvas course shells regarding recurring tutoring sessions, as days and times may change each semester.

Course syllabi are publicly posted on the SPC Simple Syllabus Library site at least 45 days before the first day of the term. If a syllabus is not yet available, it may not have been published by the instructor or the course may not yet be within the 45-day posting window.
Scott Pelletier earned his Master of Education in Higher Education from Liberty University. He earned his Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Safety Administration, an Associate in Science in Emergency Medical Services, a Paramedic Certificate, and an Associate in Arts from St. Petersburg College. He has been with St. Petersburg College since 2013, serving in the Emergency Medical Service Program as EMS Program Support Coordinator, Adjunct Instructor, Full-Time Faculty, and currently Lead EMT Instructor. He is an Associate Professor in the College of Health Sciences at St. Petersburg College. Professor Pelletier is a certified Florida Paramedic and National Registry Emergency Medical Technician. He has over 30 years of experience as a multi-functional paraprofessional with a diverse background in pre-hospital emergency care, critical care, primary care, occupational health, and aeromedical transport. He is a member of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians and has received several recognitions for outstanding accomplishments, meritorious service, and combat service. Prior to his position at St. Petersburg College, Professor Pelletier served as a Flight Medic in the United States Air Force, achieving the rank of Master Sergeant and retiring after 22 years of service. His Air Force experience included assignments at various stateside and overseas bases, as well as several deployments in support of Humanitarian, Contingency, and Combat Operations. He has also served in public safety as a paramedic with Hillsborough County Fire Rescue, providing pre-hospital care and transport to the citizens of Hillsborough County. Further, he has continued to provide care and support to America’s Heroes and Wounded Warriors after their military service, serving in the emergency departments at both the James A. Haley VA Hospital and the Bay Pines VA Medical Center. He maintains his commitment to community service by providing training, mentorship, and education to future Emergency Medical Services (EMS) providers.
