Marc Unger is an educator specializing in religion and the humanities who invites students to explore the cultural and aesthetic dimensions of human experience. After earning both Associate of Science and Associate of Arts degrees from the State College of Florida, Manatee–Sarasota, he completed the Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Master of Arts in Humanities with a concentration in Religion at Florida State University. Mr. Unger has taught humanities and religion courses at Tallahassee State College, Florida State College at Jacksonville, and St. Johns River State College. His teaching brings together the study of world religions with the analysis of the visual, literary, and performing arts, emphasizing how artistic expression reflects and shapes belief systems across cultures. He encourages students to think critically about the ways creative works and spiritual traditions inform the human search for meaning.
