Dr. Lisa Leonard earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. After practicing for several years, she discovered a passion for teaching adult learners pursuing a career in healthcare. With a strong foundation in health sciences, she brings a wealth of experience to her teaching and support roles. Dr. Leonard has taught a variety of courses in online, blended, and face-to-face formats, including Infectious Disease and Anatomy and Physiology. Her teaching style emphasizes clarity, engagement, and student success across all learning environments. In addition to her instructional work, Dr. Leonard serves as the Manager of the Learning Support Center at the Health Education Center. In this role, she leads initiatives to enhance academic support services, helping students build confidence and achieve their educational goals. She is passionate about creating inclusive learning spaces and empowering students to thrive in their educational journey.
