Dr. Snell has earned her B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Florida, her M.A. in Communication Management from Webster University, and her Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Miami. Her research interests include intercultural communication, popular culture studies, and critical cultural theory. When she is not busy lingering after class to chat with students, she is at home with her multitude of pets including 2 birds, 2 dogs, 1 fat cat, and several dozen fish. Her other hobbies include K-pop, thinking about rescuing more pets, playing too many video games with her husband, and bingeing all the good shows on all the streaming platforms.
