I was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. I am a proud veteran who served in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. My educational background includes an Associate of Arts Degree from St. Petersburg Junior College (SPJC), Associate of Science Degree in Network Engineering and Administration from Southwest College, Bachelors of Applied Science Degree from St. Petersburg College in Technology Management and a Masters degree in Information Systems Management from Walden University.
I have more than 30 years of experience working closely with military, government, public and private sector customers that require the use of technology to help increase productivity, enhance services, and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations. I have held positions as an IT Manager, System Administrator, and Helpdesk Technician. I have worked in the Information Technology, Intelligence and Logistics career fields supporting different Government contracts (SAIC, Lockheed Martin, Computer Sciences Corporation).
In my personal time, I enjoy being a Toastmaster. I have achieved the Competent Communicator, Competent Leadership and Advanced Communicator Bronze Awards at Toastmasters International. I also enjoy scuba diving and traveling with my wife and three children.

I am motivated to educating our students to find the IT profession that’s right for them get them certified, and provide the real world IT experience that’s necessary. I am inspired to teach effective troubleshooting methods for different operating systems, explain effective customer service skills and leverage Internet resources to expand your knowledge. I look forward to meeting everyone in my classes.
