John began his career with AT&T and later Ameritech Corporation where he held a variety of increasingly responsible positions in Information Systems. While part of Ameritech’s E-commerce division he was the systems architect for one of the first electronic signature and filing implementations in the country at the Los Angeles County Superior Court in California. John transitioned to higher education where his work included participation in the Department of Defense’s Electronic Commerce Resource Center program, developing a certificate program for the Intelligence Community at MacDill AFB, serving as a Director/CIO, and as the Dean of CCIT. Dr. Duff earned his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Kent State University.
