Dr. Farah Kashef obtained her PhD in Education from Drake University, Iowa in 2022. Her research interests are in the areas of hybrid teaching, human factors in teaching and learning, as well as authentic assessments. She received her master's degree from the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) in Performance and Training Technology (AKA Instructional Technology) with a focus on adult learners. Farah currently works as an Instructional Design Specialist at St. Petersburg College, where she also teaches as an adjunct faculty to keep in touch with the students and the pedagogical side of the higher education.
