I am a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, case management, and managed care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nursing Leadership and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Health Administration (DHA) at Capella University. As a nursing educator, I am passionate about preparing future nurse leaders through evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and ethical leadership.
