Charles E. Harris – Instructor Bio

My name is Charles E. Harris, and I serve in several roles at Lealman Innovation Academy, including Behavior Specialist, Instructional Coach, AVID Teacher, and Career & Life Planning Instructor. I have worked in education for about six years and have spent the past three years in instructional roles supporting students academically, socially, and personally.

I am passionate about helping students prepare for adulthood and make positive decisions about their futures. I believe education is about more than academics it is also about helping students develop goals, responsibility, confidence, and a plan for life after high school.

One of the reasons I enjoy teaching Career & Life Planning is because many of my students trust and respect me and often come to me for advice. I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to help each student recognize their potential, explore their options, and leave high school better prepared for college, a career, a trade, or whatever path they choose to pursue.
