Hola and welcome! My name is Señora Carolina Tave. I am a native of Argentina, and have lived in the United States for the last 25 years, keeping strong ties with my family and my culture. For the last 30 years, I have devoted my teaching career to facilitating the acquisition of both English and Spanish as foreign languages. I hold a Master's degree in Spanish Language and Culture from the University of Salamanca, Spain. As a Spanish Professor, I make it a priority to be an enthusiastic and approachable facilitator to enable my students to grow in their proficiency and appreciation of Spanish. My goal is to support my students every step of the way as they become more comfortable to communicate in this language and learn the different cultural aspects of the Spanish-speaking countries and their people. My interests include outdoor activities, travelling, and making connections with people from different cultures. As an avid learner of foreign languages, I wholeheartedly agree with this quote: To have another language is to possess a second soul. ‒ Charlemagne
