Hello everyone! I’m so looking forward to our semester together. To give you a little background on my journey: my career actually began in medicine and pediatric surgery. However, quite a while ago, I decided to take a leap into teaching on a whim—and I haven’t looked back since! I’ve had the privilege of teaching at several different universities, and I truly love what I do.

When I’m not in the classroom, I tend to gravitate toward anything creative. You can usually find me painting, getting my hands dirty with pottery, or working in my garden. I’m also a huge tennis fan. My all-time favorite is Roger Federer, and I have to admit, since he retired, I’ve been struggling to find a new player to cheer for!

I’m excited to get to know all of you and support you in your academic goals this term.
