With over 25 years of experience in higher education, I am passionate about designing and leading impactful programs that enhance student success. I hold a doctorate in Interdisciplinary Educational Leadership and multiple master’s degrees in fields such as early childhood, STEM, and Special Education. My extensive background equips me with a deep understanding of pedagogical theories and the effective use of educational technology. I taught in PA at a state university for 25 years and I developed innovative educational solutions that integrated technology with instructional practices. My leadership style emphasizes empowerment and inclusivity, fostering collaboration among educators and community partners, particularly in STEM and AI initiatives. Prior to higher education, I was a training and curriculum specialist as well as a special education teacher. I have also volunteered as a Seeing Eye puppy raiser since 2009, which has further strengthened my leadership and teamwork abilities as well as teaching the public about guide dogs.
