I am a CVPM, RVT, and practice management consultant who has enjoyed 21 years in the veterinary profession. I've been an adjunct instructor at SPC since 2018. My professional journey began after passing the VTNE in 2009, which sparked a deep-seated commitment to lifelong learning. After earning my BAS in Veterinary Technology from SPC in 2015, I developed a passion for positive leadership. This led me to complete a Master’s in Management & Leadership in 2018. As a graduate of three online programs and a current online student in a doctoral program, I am a huge advocate for the accessibility and impact of distance education. I consider myself a lifelong learner, whether learning from coworkers, students, or a journal. I am HAB certified and a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional and genuinely care for clients, employees, and students! Outside of work, my interests include a lot of outdoor activities- kayaking, hiking, and bicycling. I also love traveling and cooking.
