I have a PhD in Public Policy, MA in Urban Policy and Administration and a BA in Political Science, formerly I was the City Administrator for the City of Arcadia, Florida as well as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Sarasota. I have over thirty years of government service within the city, county and state government levels in New York and Florida.
