Dr. Kate Nguyen holds a Ph.D. in Psychology (2015) and has extensive international teaching and research experience in Vietnam, the Philippines, China, and the United States. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at Saint Petersburg College and as a full-time faculty member at Keiser University. Dr. Nguyen teaches undergraduate and graduate psychology courses and is committed to creating engaging, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environments. Her research focuses on cultural and narrative psychology, particularly the use of storytelling to enhance learning, resilience, and student success. She has published in peer-reviewed international journals and presented at regional, national, and international conferences. Fluent in Vietnamese, English, and Chinese, she brings a global perspective to her teaching and specializes in Narrative, Social/Cultural, and Educational Psychology.
