I earned my Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages and Literatures from the University of Florida, Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Kaplan University, and a Master of Arts in Religious Studies from Athens State University. Those paths gave me both a love for exploring ideas and a passion for helping students succeed. I’ve always been fascinated by how people make meaning—through culture, philosophy, and faith—and how those ideas connect to real-world issues. For me, teaching is about more than books and lectures; it’s about conversation, connection, and learning from one another’s stories. It's about how we live, lead, and treat each other every day. Alongside teaching, I serve as the Associate Provost for the Clearwater Campus, where I get to support our campus community and help create opportunities for growth and belonging.
