Mrs. Michael is an adjunct mathematics instructor at St. Petersburg College, where she brings energy, humor, and a passion for making math meaningful. With a background in secondary and college-level mathematics education, she believes in helping students see math not as a set of formulas, but as a language that explains the world around them. Mrs. Michael enjoys spending time with her two wonderful children—a son and a daughter—and her three lively dogs who always keep life interesting. When she’s not teaching, you can find her on the road with her husband and three dogs, exploring scenic highways and mountain trails. She’s a firm believer that adventure—like algebra—is all about finding the right path (and sometimes recalculating along the way). Whether she’s solving equations or chasing sunsets, Mrs. Michael keeps everything in balance—because in her world, life is all about finding your “function” and making it continuous!
