Emily is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience supporting children, families, and individuals. She holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Central Florida, is licensed in Florida, and serves as a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Clinical Social Work Interns. A Certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Emily is passionate about guiding clients through challenges, advocating for others, and raising awareness on key mental health issues. Her experience spans schools, nonprofits, for-profits, and community organizations, specializing in trauma, grief, domestic violence, social-emotional learning, crisis intervention, ADHD, anxiety, autism, substance misuse, and more. She is particularly attuned to children struggling in classroom environments and is skilled in strategic planning, problem-solving, and research. Emily is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space with a compassionate, client-centered approach. Inspired by SPC's mission, she looks forward to contributing to its growth and impact as well as supporting students as they navigate through their journey of learning!
