I am an Instructional Design Specialist with a Master’s degree in eLearning Design and Technology, specializing in the design, development, and continuous improvement of high-quality online and blended learning experiences. My work focuses on aligning learning objectives, instructional materials, and assessments using evidence-based design practices, learning theory, and principles of accessibility and Universal Design for Learning (UDL). In addition to my work in higher education, I am the owner and lead instructor of Kiteboarding St. Petersburg, a local kiteboarding school where I design skill-based training programs, provide individualized instruction, and manage marketing, and operations. This dual background in education and entrepreneurship informs my practical, learner-centered approach to teaching, course design, and faculty/ student support. I am passionate about creating engaging, inclusive learning environments that connect theory to real-world application and promote meaningful student success.
