Dr. Gregory A. Buschman is a nationally recognized expert in creative leadership, organizational development, and generative AI productivity. With over 30 years of experience across entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, and higher education, he blends strategic insight with real-world expertise to address the evolving challenges of innovation and change. He currently serves as Professor of Management and Organizational Leadership in the College of Business at St. Petersburg College, where he develops curriculum focused on digital marketing, creativity, and innovation leadership. He also teaches in Missouri Baptist University’s MBA program, where he developed the Marketing and Innovation Leadership concentration, and serves as a dissertation chair in the Ph.D. program for Creative Leadership for Innovation and Change at the University of the Virgin Islands. Dr. Buschman previously held senior roles in the MarTech, FinTech, and Digital Publishing sectors, including Global Solutions Manager, National Director of Marketing, and Corporate Education Manager. He contributed to global product and services development, led high-performing business analysist and QA teams, and directed strategic transformation initiatives. He also served on two American National Standards Institute (ANSI) subcommittees, helping shape global quality assurance standards, work that earned him recognition as an industry thought leader in continuous improvement, brand strategy, and quality assurance. He consults with public sector and nonprofit organizations on leadership strategy, generational team dynamics, ethical AI adoption, and creative problem-solving. He is a certified facilitator in FourSight® Team Collaboration, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, and the Creative Problem-Solving Method, and has trained thousands of professionals through hands-on workshops. Dr. Buschman holds a Ph.D. in Creative Leadership for Innovation and Change, and Master of Science degrees in Marketing and Information Systems. His book, I Think, You Think, We All Think Differently, was named a top leadership read by the Nonprofit Leadership Center of Tampa Bay in 2021 and 2022. Regarded for his engaging style and learner-centered approach, Dr. Buschman is a frequent keynote speaker on generational leadership, creativity and innovation process, and AI-powered productivity. His work empowers organizations to align people, processes, and technology for sustainable innovation in a rapidly changing world.
