Amanda Meyer brings a unique blend of professional expertise and teaching experience to St. Pete College. She earned her Master’s Degree in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University, with a focus on Business Communication and a special interest in healthcare communication. At St. Pete College, Amanda teaches in person, online, and through live virtual sessions, including honors courses. Beyond St. Pete, she has taught communication and marketing courses at five other colleges and universities, including Pharmacy Marketing at the University of South Florida. Before entering academia, Amanda spent over a decade in healthcare, including serving as Director of Sales and Marketing, bringing real-world experience into the classroom. A Tampa Bay resident for 18 years, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, biking, and experimenting in the kitchen.
